Bottom right: King Arthur's Round Table - or so it was believed for a long time... The legendary King Arthur led the British Celts in victory against
the invading Anglo-Saxons (early 6th c.) Arthur set his knights around this table to stress equality among them. Henry VIII was fascinated with this round table (not knowing it wasn't original). It was in the 20th c. that the table was proved to be made in the 13th c.
