Location: SW England, close to Stonehenge. The Old town built in the 13-14th c. is surrounded by walls lending a very cosy atmosphere to it. The Cathedral was built in the 13th c. (the town grew up around it). It has the highest spiral in England (123 m). The Chapter House has one of the four surviving original copies of Magna Carta (1215).
