Built for 4 different courts by one of the most famous architects of the time (on the banks of the Liffey): James Gandon (1802). Destroyed during the Civil War of 1921-2 along with the National Archives which completely burned down with invaluable and irreplaceable national documents such as all the Irish birth records from the 12th c. onwards...!! Rebuilt in 1932, today it is the seat of the High Court.
